I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the scenic mountain view. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the room and breakfast, surpassed my expectations, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The hotel was close to the train station and the local supermarket which made it convenient for us to stock up on snacks for our city exploration. The room had the basic necessities we needed for a short stay. We also enjoyed the cable car that was nearby, providing us with great views of the city.

The hotel was quite run-down and lacking in atmosphere which made us feel disappointed. The room was uncomfortably hot in the morning and there was no air conditioning or ventilation.
